The chiropractor will determine which methods are going to be the best for your situation and will help you to instantly feel better. You may also want to talk to your doctor about getting a referral to a physical therapist. The therapist can work with you on such things as pain relief and muscle strengthening to help your back now and in the future. Some of the methods they can use include teaching you stretches, teaching you exercises, using electrical stimulation, using ultrasound, and providing you with aids to use at home.

Another great way for you to get relief from back pain is to go have a professional massage. A massage therapist is trained to be able to feel problems in your back and work them out by manually rubbing and manipulating your back muscles in specific ways. One of the many great things about getting a massage is that while it takes away your back pain, it can also help to reduce stress and make you feel all around more relaxed and rested.
